Most providers your size fill this page with client names and testimonials. We’re a young social enterprise, and the organisations we’ve worked with haven’t given us permission to name them. So we’re not going to.
What follows instead is the part you can actually check: what happens to your equipment, what documentation lands in your inbox, and which registrations we hold. If that’s not enough to start a conversation, it shouldn’t be.
WHAT A COLLECTION ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
This is the same process whether you have a cupboard full of laptops or an office being cleared. The paperwork does not change with the size of the job.

YOU TELL US ROUGHLY WHAT YOU HAVE
An approximate count is fine. Nobody expects an asset register, and we would rather hear from you early than accurately.

WE CONFIRM A SLOT AND COLLECT
Signed manifest at your door. Chain of custody is documented from that moment, not from when the vehicle gets back.

EVERYTHING IS LOGGED AND SANITISED
Each unit recorded by make, model and serial number, then sanitised to NIST SP 800-88 with verification run per drive. Anything that fails verification is physically destroyed.

YOU GET THE DOCUMENTATION
Certificate of data destruction itemised by serial number, WEEE waste transfer documentation, a disposition report, and a social value summary written to go into a report.

THE WORKING KIT GOES SOMEWHERE USEFUL
Refurbished and placed with schools, charities and young people across the UK. What is genuinely dead is recycled responsibly, and your report says which was which.

Because we’d have to make them up, and a made-up testimonial is worth less than an empty page. If you are assessing suppliers, you already know how little an unattributed quote proves.
When a client is happy to be named and the numbers trace back to their own disposition report, their case study goes here with their permission and their own words. Until then this page tells you what we do and what we hold, and you can judge us on that.
