When you refresh, move, or finally clear the cupboard, you’re left with equipment that still holds company data and can’t legally go in a skip. We collect it, destroy the data to NIST 800-88 standard, and send you the paperwork that proves it.
No charge, no catch. What still works is refurbished and given to a UK school or charity. What doesn’t is recycled properly. You get the certificate either way.

One collection, one van, one afternoon. If your old kit fits in a storeroom, a couple of cupboards, or the corner of the office nobody talks about, that’s us. A floor refresh, a lease ending, a full office move — all fine. And if your volume is genuinely beyond that, we’ll say so and point you at our decommissioning conversation rather than take a job we can’t do properly.
WHAT WE TAKE
Laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, phones, servers, networking kit, docks, printers, and the box of cables. Working, broken, ancient, water-damaged.
Condition genuinely doesn’t matter — sorting it is our job, not yours.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA
Every storage device is wiped to NIST SP 800-88, the standard your auditor will recognise. Anything that can’t be verifiably wiped is physically destroyed. You receive a certificate of data destruction listing each device by serial number — not a generic letter saying the job was done.
Between collection and destruction everything stays in documented custody. Ask us where a specific serial number is at any point and we’ll tell you.

We’re a social enterprise. Value recovered from equipment that can be refurbished funds the collection and the processing, and the refurbished devices go to schools and charities across the UK. You get compliant disposal at no cost; someone who couldn’t afford a computer gets one. We publish the numbers.
