RETIRE YOUR IT PROPERLY.
WE’LL COLLECT IT FREE.
We’re Sustainable Compute Network, a UK social enterprise. We collect end-of-life IT from businesses at no charge, destroy the data to NIST 800-88 standard, and refurbish what still works for schools, charities and young people across the UK.
You get compliant disposal, the documentation your auditor asks for, and a social outcome you can report. We get the hardware that makes the programme work.
WHICH OF THESE ARE YOU?
AN OFFICE CLEAR-OUT
A refresh, a move, a lease ending, or the cupboard nobody has opened since 2019. One site, one collection, certificates by email. Solicitors, practices, agencies, schools, small manufacturers.
BUSINESS IT DISPOSAL →A DECOMMISSIONING PROGRAMME
Datacentre, colocation or estate-wide retirement, where you need chain of custody, serial-level reporting and a documented downstream partner for the tier your recovery partner can’t monetise.
TALK TO US →WHAT EVERY CLIENT GETS, WHATEVER THE SIZE
Certificate of data destruction
NIST SP 800-88, itemised by serial number — not a generic letter saying the job was done.
WEEE waste transfer documentation
The paperwork proving where your equipment went, which you are required to be able to produce.
A disposition report
What was reused, what was recycled, and which organisation received it.
A social value summary
Written to go into a report or a tender response. Most providers give you the first two; this is the one you can actually use.
WHY WE’RE FREE WHEN OTHERS CHARGE
We’re a social enterprise, not a charity. The value recovered from equipment that can be refurbished funds the collection and the processing, and the refurbished devices go to schools, charities and community organisations across the UK.
You get compliant disposal at no cost; someone who couldn’t afford a computer gets one. That’s the whole model, and we publish the numbers if you want to check them.
