Optional — but it really helps

Postage is priced on the size and weight of the finished box, not what is inside it. If you tell us the measurements now, we can buy the right label first time instead of messaging you to ask.

How to pack it

  1. 1Find a sturdy cardboard box. A reused delivery box is perfect — please don't buy one.
  2. 2Pad it out. Scrunched newspaper, bubble wrap or old towels. Nothing should rattle when you shake the box.
  3. 3Put the charger and cables in with it if you have them. They're genuinely useful to us.
  4. 4Tape it shut, then measure the outside of the sealed box with a tape measure or ruler.
  5. 5Weigh it on bathroom scales if you can — stand on them holding the box, then subtract your own weight.

Rough measurements are fine. Round up rather than down — an under-measured box can get refused at the counter.
