The whole job on your side is telling us what you have and putting it in a box. Everything after that is us.

Working and under 10 years old comes straight in. Older or not working is still wanted — it books from October, so it isn’t sat in a queue.

We email a prepaid label — no printer needed at most drop-off points. More than a couple of items and we collect instead.

We do the rest
Data destroyed to NIST 800-88 and certified. Working machines refurbished for a school or charity; the rest stripped for parts and recycled properly.
You get the certificate either way.
