Step 2: We Arrange Collection
We'll get in touch to arrange a pickup time that suits you. Our drivers cover most of the UK and we'll come to your door. No need to wrap anything fancy — just have it ready.
Step 3: Hand It Over
Our driver collects your devices, gives you a receipt, and that's it. Done. Your stuff goes straight to our secure facility for data wiping and refurbishment.
Step 4: Feel Good
You'll get an email confirmation once your device has been wiped and you can optionally receive updates on where your donation ended up. Spoiler: it'll end up making someone's day.
